This promo card was obtained by participating in the collaboration project "Pokémon Adventure" with Pokemon held at the Van Gogh Museum in Amsterdam in 2023 or purchasing products related to "Pokémon x Van Gogh Museum" at overseas Pokemon centres. It is the first time a collaboration card with a world-famous painting has appeared since the "Munch Exhibition - The Scream of the Resonant Soul" was held at the Tokyo Metropolitan Art Museum in 2018.
