This is a promotional card from the 2017 Pokémon World Championships held in Anaheim, USA. The World Championships is an annual event where only the top players of the year can participate. This card is the Japanese version of the commemorative card distributed to tournament participants. Currently, the "Paradise Resort" card is being distributed. From the XY series to the Sword & Shield series, the "Champions Festival" card was given out. The card features an adorable illustration of Pikachu and friends enjoying a theme park inspired by the tourist attraction Knott's Berry Farm.
